Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items are inspected at our warehouse.
